By Aleta Goin
A short story compilation
Revenge, reckoning, and redemption:
HELLCATS, THE ANTHOLOGY has it all.
Presenting sixty nine stories of feline adventure that will make you chortle, chuckle, gasp, and guffaw. We have: Pirates, cowboys, and spacewalkers. Soul suckers, seers, and swashbuckling heroes.
With guest appearances by Mr. Darcy, The Madwoman in the Attic, and Hunter S. Thompson as a cat.
In the far reaches of outer space, cats crawl and pounce, shift and slaughter. While back on Earth, the wicked are punished, the weak avenged, and the good guy wins against all odds.
We have paranormal fantasy, sci-fi, swords and sorcerers, cozy mysteries, romance, literary fiction, and much, much more.
The good guy wins, the bad guy is punished, the cat gets the cream.
All proceeds from this anthology will go to support a 79 year-old grandmother Erada who has been hounded through the courts and is in danger of losing her home.
Help Erada keep her home.
Aleta lives in Oregon, in the lush and beautiful Willamette Valley where it rains 188 days out of the year and threatens to rain 177 days. She is a writer of fantasy, science fiction, and romance for MG, YA, and adults. When she’s not writing, her hobbies include reading and playing the drums. Aleta has one husband, one daughter, one dog, and 566 books (just in her office—at last count; not including the rest of the house).
Wesleyn Price, inventor of the bionet, stands on the brink of creating the world’s first megacorps conglomerate. Only one thing stands in his way. It’s a cyberpunk game of cat and mouse, but who is the cat and who is the mouse?

The last time I counted my TBR pile, it numbered in the hundreds. As in, more than 200. I figured this year was a good year to start making a dent in that pile. Now, I'm not a fast reader. So, I probably already have more books than I can read in my lifetime. And...
One concept. Two weeks. 71 stories by 71 different authors. One goal. To help prevent a 79 yr old grandmother from being bullied out of her home.
